California Personal Injury Attorneys

Dedicated To Fighting For You

Jeffrey Bloeser

Jeffrey Bloeser is a driven trial lawyer at Carpenter & Zuckerman who is passionate about helping individuals obtain the fair compensation they deserve after a devastating injury.

Growing up learning from of one of the most respected trial attorneys in Southern California, Jeffrey knew from an early age he wanted to make the same sort of impact as his father. After over 30 years as in-house counsel for an insurance company, Jeffrey’s father set up his own solo practice. Jeffrey saw firsthand as a law clerk in his father’s practice the risks and rewards of fighting for the individual instead of company profits.

Education and Personal Life

As a proud third-generation Bruin, Jeffrey earned his B.A. in History from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), graduating magna cum laude. He then continued in his father’s footsteps when he earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Loyola Law School.

While at Loyola, Jeffrey focused on civil litigation and participated in the law school’s yearlong Civil Litigation Practicum, a course designed to practice the litigation skills necessary to prosecute and defend a case from the pleading stage through discovery and motions up until trial. Jeffrey also participated in the Loyola Consumer Bankruptcy Clinic, where he successfully helped low-income clients achieve discharge from Chapter 7 bankruptcy.

After law school, Jeffrey was selected to serve as a Fellow in the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) fellowship program. During the program, Jeffrey interned with a medical malpractice defense firm and a personal injury firm, culminating in a month at Stanley Mosk Courthouse in Los Angeles where Jeffrey observed trials ranging from personal injury to workplace misconduct to wrongful death.

In his free time, Jeffrey is an avid UCLA football fan as well as a fan of his hometown Lakers, Dodgers, Kings, and Rams. Jeffrey loves the outdoors, particularly skin diving on Catalina Island and alpine skiing in the Sierra Mountains.
