His legal acumen has brought him face-to-face with some of the world’s most formidable chemical manufacturers, advocating for clients affected by a wide array of toxic substances. His endeavors have notably supported workers in high-risk roles, including those in the printing, aerospace, and manufacturing sectors, achieving justice for individuals afflicted with severe illnesses. Specifically, Greg has litigated cases in the following areas:

  • Workers exposed to benzene-containing chemical products who contracted leukemia, non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, multiple myeloma, and other cancers, including lithographic printers, machinists, mechanics, aerospace workers, painters, and others
  • Workers exposed to silica dust, aluminum oxide dust, and metal fumes and dust who contracted interstitial lung disease, asthma, and other lung diseases, including foundry workers, abrasive blasters, mold makers, and others
  • Food flavoring workers exposed to diacetyl who contracted bronchiolitis obliterans
  • Workers exposed to silica and organic solvents who contracted autoimmune diseases
  • X-ray technicians exposed to hydroquinone-containing x-ray developers who contracted leukemia

Greg’s record of securing substantial settlements for the workers and their families in these cases, including six-figure, seven-figure, and eight-figure settlements, highlights his skill in navigating intricate legal challenges and underscores his dedication to his clients’ well-being.

In addition, Greg has also litigated several cases before the California Court of Appeal, including:

  • Hernandez v. Superior Court (2003) 112 Cal.App.4th 285

Education

After earning his undergraduate degree in Political Science from California State University, Long Beach, Greg furthered his studies with an M.A. from the University of California, Riverside, where he was honored with three Graduate Council Fellowships. Greg attended Southwestern University School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude, a testament to his dedication and prowess in legal studies. As Editor-in-Chief of the Law Review and a standout participant in moot court, Greg laid a strong foundation for his impactful career.
