Frank Mihalic joined Carpenter & Zuckerman in 2022. Prior to joining the firm, Frank served as a judicial clerk to the Hon. Richard S. Hoffman, P.J.A.D. in the New Jersey Intermediate Court of Appeals. There, Frank helped to guide the appellate panel's rulings through legal memoranda, while also drafting and editing judicial opinions.

Frank received his Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School in Camden, New Jersey, where he graduated with honors at the top of his classDuring his time at Rutgers Law, Frank was a Dean’s Scholarship recipient and received accolades for his legal writing. He served as an associate editor for Rutgers Law Record. While attending law school, Frank provided legal services through the Rutgers Immigrant Justice Clinic by representing low-income Southern New Jersey residents in immigration matters, focusing primarily on removal defense and representation of crime victims. 

Between his second and third years of law school, Frank worked at Kristensen LLP as a summer associate. There, he prepared motions, oppositions, and complaints for the firm’s products liability, employment, and discrimination cases. Prior to earning his J.D., Frank attended Rowan University in New Jersey, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish.
