Carson Dudick

Carson A. Dudick is a practicing trial attorney at Carpenter & Zuckerman where she started working in May of 2022 as a summer associate. Carson is the firm’s first summer associate subsequently hired for a post-bar position. In November of 2023, as a certified law clerk, Ms. Dudick second-chaired her first trial which resulted in a seven-figure verdict. Two days later, the California Bar Association notified Carson she passed the California Bar Examination on her first attempt.

Ms. Dudick received a dual honors BA in History and Human Rights with double minors in Women's and Gender Studies and Law and Legal Reasoning, matriculating in three years from Southern Methodist University. While at SMU, Ms. Dudick worked to document stories of alumni from underrepresented groups with the Voices of SMU Oral History project and applied for a Texas State Historical Marker commemorating Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s historic 1966 speech on SMU's campus. Four years and untold hours of labor resulted in the installation of the Texas State Historical Marker on SMU's campus with Carson returning to campus as one of the keynote speakers in SMU's McFarlin Auditorium where Dr King gave his speech 57 years earlier.

After receiving her undergraduate degree, Ms. Dudick immediately enrolled at University of San Diego School of Law where she held numerous leadership positions including Editor-in-Chief of the International Law Journal, Academic Success Fellow, and Vice President of the Health Law Society. She began working for a plaintiff's personal injury firm her first year of law school where she discovered her passion for litigation and representing clients in need of a zealous advocate. Ms. Dudick graduated Cum Laude from University of San Diego School of Law in May of 2023.

At Carpenter & Zuckerman, Ms. Dudick continues to tirelessly strive to achieve justice for her clients and attain high-value results through hard work and dedication at all stages of litigation.

When she is not at the office, Ms. Dudick enjoys having game nights with her fiancé, family, and friends and spending time with her dogs.
