About

Timothy Peabody Jr. is a dynamic and devoted trial lawyer at Carpenter & Zuckerman who brings a mix of compassion, dedication, and relentless advocacy to his role. Timothy is deeply committed to understanding each client’s unique story, empathizing with their challenges, and ensuring they receive the attentive and personalized representation they deserve in the fight for justice.

Timothy is passionate about working hard and always aims to better himself professionally. He was drawn to personal injury law because he wanted engaging work that offered continuous learning and the chance to make a tangible difference in people’s lives.

Prior to joining Carpenter & Zuckerman, Timothy honed his legal skills as a law clerk at a family law firm, where he crafted meticulously researched legal memoranda on complex family law issues and was involved in a wide range of pretrial activities.

Outside the courtroom, Timothy enjoys strumming his guitar, hitting the golf course, or delving into a good book. His commitment to fitness reflects his overall approach to life and law: disciplined, balanced, and always striving for excellence.

Education

Timothy obtained his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, and was the honored recipient of the William H. Hannon Foundation Scholarship. He served on the Loyola of Los Angeles International and Comparative Law Review staff for nearly two years.

While attending law school, Timothy mentored local Los Angeles high school students through the Young Lawyers Mentoring Program. He coached mentees on various aspects of the legal process and prepared a mock trial team for competition. Additionally, Timothy interned at MVP Sports Group, merging his analytical skills with his passion for sports. He analyzed statistical data and prepared arguments for Major League Baseball player salary arbitration hearings.

Timothy spent his undergraduate years at LMU, where he earned his B.A. in screenwriting and demonstrated his team spirit and dedication as a member of the Division I Baseball team.
