Michelle is a dedicated trial lawyer at Carpenter & Zuckerman, where she passionately advocates for individuals who have suffered life-altering injuries. She is strongly committed to seeking justice and approaches each case with meticulous preparation and a deep sense of care for her clients. Her extensive experience in personal injury law enables her to handle a wide range of complex cases, expertly guiding her clients through the legal process.
Michelle began her legal career at another Los Angeles-area personal injury law firm, where she started as a law clerk during her first year of law school. Throughout her academic career, she gained hands-on experience in the litigation department, managing various cases and developing the skills to handle them from inception to resolution. After passing the California bar exam in February 2024, Michelle transitioned into a litigation attorney role, further honing her expertise in personal injury law.
Outside of her legal career, Michelle enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, listening to music, and curating playlists.
Education
Michelle earned her Juris Doctor from Pepperdine Caruso School of Law, graduating a semester early. While at Pepperdine, she was a member of the Journal of the National Association of Administrative Law Judiciary, reflecting her academic dedication and interest in complex legal matters.
She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion & Disease Prevention. During her undergraduate studies, Michelle realized her passion for helping people through the practice of law, inspiring her pursuit of a legal career.
