A substantial part of Justice’s legal career is devoted to utilizing his business expertise to represent a wide variety of professional clients. Specifically, Justice focuses on contract drafting and negotiation, entity formation, and business representation.

Prior to joining CZ Law, Justice practiced at another prestigious Los Angeles-area law firm, laying the groundwork for his versatile legal career.
Education
Justice’s educational journey began at Hampton University, an HBCU (historically Black college or university), where he graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree. His educational pursuit continued at the University of California, Irvine School of Law, where he developed his litigation skills in the criminal justice clinic by working to expunge nonviolent California drug-based convictions and to tear down the racially biased Cal-gang database. He also served as the co-chair of the Black Law Students Association and the Entertainment and Sports Law Society, honing his leadership and advocacy skills.
After obtaining his J.D. from the University of California, Irvine School of Law, Justice continued his educational pursuit and earned his Master of Business Administration from the UCI Paul Merage School of Business, blending legal insight with business acumen.
