About
Hector E. Zurita-Cruz is a bilingual trial lawyer who treats his clients with the utmost dignity and respect, fighting unwaveringly for their interests throughout the legal process. Hector’s compassion for his clients is deeply rooted in a personal understanding of their pain, having lost his older brother in a car crash.
Born and raised in a small farm town in Othello, Washington, Hector is the proud son of Mexican immigrants who taught him the value of hard work by taking him to pick fruit in the apple orchards at the young age of thirteen. As a child, Hector witnessed his parents struggle to understand English, and he often translated for them. His early experiences profoundly shaped his character and professional ethos. Fluent in Spanish and English, Hector proudly assists CZ Law’s Spanish-speaking clients in telling their stories, ensuring their voices are heard.
When not helping clients with their legal needs, Hector enjoys spending time at the gym and beach.
Education
Inspired to take action in honor of his brother, Hector attended Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, where he earned his J.D. and found his calling in life – to advocate for those who do not have a voice of their own, including injury victims and their families.
While attending law school, Hector served as Article Editor for the Sports and Entertainment Law Journal. As an ASU Law Trial Team member, he was a semifinalist in the Regional Tournament hosted by the American College of Trial Lawyers in Tucson, Arizona.
