Frank helped guide the appellate panel’s rulings by crafting legal memoranda and drafting and editing judicial opinions. His contributions underscored his analytical skills and deep legal understanding.
During law school, Frank’s summer associate position at Kristensen LLP allowed him to delve into various legal fields, including product liability, employment law, and discrimination cases. This experience further enhanced his advocacy skills.
Education
Frank received his Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School in Camden, New Jersey. He graduated with honors at the top of his class, distinguishing himself as a scholar and a contributor to the legal community. During his time at Rutgers Law, Frank was a Dean’s Scholarship recipient who received accolades for his legal writing. He served as an associate editor for Rutgers Law Record.
While attending law school, Frank demonstrated his commitment to social justice, providing invaluable legal services through the Rutgers Immigrant Justice Clinic. There, he represented underserved Southern New Jersey residents in immigration matters. He focused primarily on removal defense and representation of crime victims, emphasizing his dedication to giving back to the community.
Before earning his J.D., Frank attended Rowan University in New Jersey, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish.
