Dylan has gained valuable experience in several practice areas throughout his legal career. Most recently, he worked as an associate in estate planning, advising high-net-worth clients on estate, tax, and business strategies. Before this, he practiced bankruptcy and financial restructuring, advising business entities and individuals in intricate business reorganization cases, representing clients in mediation and settlement discussions, and litigating at the trial court and appellate level.
As a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Wayne Johnson at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Dylan gained exposure to a wide array of legal matters as well as the inner workings of the court. He routinely drafted opinions and conducted detailed legal research. Dylan’s earlier career included positions at a prestigious professional services firm specializing in international tax consulting and a global investment firm as a portfolio administrator.
Outside the courtroom, Dylan participates in recreational basketball leagues, enjoys running, and is a member of his parish’s finance council. He is passionate about political and moral philosophy, classic literature, fashion, and sports.
Education
Dylan completed his Juris Doctor with a Business Law Certificate from the University of Southern California in May 2018. He earned admission to the California State Bar in December of that year. Before attending USC, Dylan graduated from the University of Chicago with general honors in Political Science in 2012.
