Gregory A. Stuck
Gregory A. Stuck is an award-winning personal injury lawyer who fights to get his clients the fair compensation they deserve following their life-altering injuries.
Gregory has been recognized time and again for his professional excellence and outstanding results. He has been included on the Southern California Rising Stars list annually since 2018, an honor that is bestowed on just 2.5% attorneys in the region. In 2017, Gregory was accepted as a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum® for his achievement of obtaining a seven-figure settlement within his first year of practice. Additionally, one of Gregory’s case results made the list of the “Top 50 Personal Injury Settlements in 2017” by TopVerdict.com. Since then, he has secured over $30 million in settlements and verdicts on behalf of his clients.
What drives Gregory is his firsthand understanding of the pain and hardship his clients are experiencing. As someone who has suffered an injury himself, he knows that clients need to feel understood, believed, and treated as equals. It’s Gregory’s goal to ensure that his clients are as comfortable as possible during an otherwise distressing time in their lives.
“My motivation comes from being on the other end of the table,” Gregory said. “I know what it's like to be hurt — to be unable to walk properly or be physically fit despite being young and healthy due to injuries. To be taken advantage of by insurance companies and defense firms that see you as a lazy liar despite reality is exhausting and traumatizing. Being the person who protects others from this kind of abuse is the most fulfilling part of this job.”

He also helped introduce a personal injury course and curriculum that is still being taught at his law school to this day.
