“Clients are the most important aspect of our profession, and it is an honor to represent their rights at every stage of litigation.”

Gabriel Minsal is a dedicated trial lawyer passionately motivated to secure maximum compensation for his injured clients, especially when they would otherwise not have access to quality legal counsel.

Steadfast and driven in his pursuit of justice, Gabriel takes great pride in never giving up, even in the face of adversity. Holding himself to the highest standard of excellence, Gabriel extolls the importance of perfecting one’s skills in all aspects of litigation — from aggressive discovery to pre-litigation negotiation strategies. At the same time, Gabriel consciously focuses on his clients’ experiences, ensuring they are well informed and updated.

Gabriel joined Carpenter & Zuckerman in July 2022 after clerking for Minsal & Muniz Law Offices from 2021 to 2022.

Born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Gabriel set visionary goals for his future from a young age. He moved to the United States to pursue his undergraduate degree in Florida and graduate studies in Washington, D.C. Still, love ultimately brought Gabriel to Los Angeles, California, where he has resided since 2022.

Today a successful Los Angeles trial lawyer, Gabriel’s future aspirations include pursuing a Doctor of Juridical Science degree (S.J.D.) in Health Law & Policy — the most advanced academic law degree available.

In May 2021, Gabriel earned his LL.M. (Master of Laws) in Law and Government from American University Washington College of Law, with a specialization in Health Law & Policy. In May 2020, before pursuing his LL.M., Gabriel obtained his law degree from Howard University School of Law.

During law school, Gabriel served as a judicial intern for various judges at the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. He also gained practical experience working as a legal intern at the District of Columbia Housing Authority’s Office of the General Counsel.

Gabriel completed his undergraduate education at the University of Miami, Florida, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in May 2017. He graduated with a double major in History and Political Science and a minor in Business Law, laying the groundwork for his legal career.
